Choose an observation rather than a conclusion
Start with a descriptive question: which days contain an observation, which source produced it and when was it read? One value does not describe your overall health. Aubelio is designed to bring together observations and a journal of daily actions; it does not provide a diagnosis, biological age or global health score. You can use an existing record without connecting a provider or changing your activity to reach a particular number.
Check the source and time window
The candidate supports up to ten measures from Health, manual entries or a confirmed CSV. Health reading requires an explicit tap and writes nothing to Health. A source is selected for each measure: steps recorded by two applications are not added together. Check the time zone and the fourteen complete civil days as well. An older reading may remain stored; its presence does not mean it has just been refreshed.
Keep missing days unknown
Missing is not zero. An empty Health response can reflect unavailable observations or denied or limited access; it does not establish the cause by itself. The candidate requires seven present days before displaying an average. In a fictional example, five days containing steps and nine days without observations do not describe fourteen tracked days. Do not add nine zeros to make the average look complete.
Read sleep and nutrition with their limits
Candidate sleep processing combines actually asleep intervals by application source without double-counting overlaps. Its windows run noon to noon, and the latest displayed window ends at noon yesterday; it does not promise your complete most recent night. Water, protein and food energy represent quantities recorded by a compatible source, rather than every meal you consumed. The displayed heart-rate variability measure is SDNN, without conversion to RMSSD. Check the measure name and unit before comparing values or borrowing a conclusion from another dashboard.
Confirm an import before keeping it
The candidate CSV uses a defined contract: schema, identifiers, type, date, value and unit. It is not a universal reader for every export format. Make a copy of your file, check the units and inspect the preview before confirming. Ambiguity or contradictory records reject the whole file instead of applying a partial mutation. Reimporting an identical file should not produce extra observations. Keep the original so that you can explain where a value came from.
Define an action you can actually confirm
You choose the action, which can be preparation without a medical implication: ‘Prepare the things I need for tomorrow.’ Writing an idea does not establish that you completed it. Candidate completion is explicit and reversible; changing the action removes its completion, while editing its note preserves it. In a fictional example, Camille prepares a bag, confirms that action and notes an obstacle for tomorrow. The journal records an action without claiming that the action changed a Health measurement or caused a physiological benefit.
Make a simple review without an app
On paper, draw three columns: date, observation with source, and action actually completed. Mini-checklist: leave unknown days empty; include the unit; separate preparation from completion; review once during the week; choose a feasible next action. You can observe ‘I prepared my things three times’ without concluding ‘that explains my sleep’. A coincidence in a small record cannot isolate a cause. Retain interruptions and source changes too, rather than rewriting them out of the history. The review should explain the record you have, not manufacture a complete one.
Aubelio has not yet been released
As of 12 October 2026, Aubelio is in development and current qualification is still underway. A public listing or App Store release has not been established. These features describe the candidate, not commercial availability. Restoring exported JSON and direct connections to manufacturers are not delivered. The commercial offer is disabled in production preparation. Keep exports independently of the app and do not treat this guide as a launch announcement, an established device test or proof that actual Health observations have already been read on your phone.
