Bring together available Apple Health observations, manual entries and confirmed CSV imports, then choose a daily action and track what you actually completed.

A clearly identified source

The candidate reads Apple Health only after your permission, or uses your manual entries and confirmed CSV imports. Choose a source for each measure; providers are not added together.

Data with its limits visible

Missing days remain distinct from zero. The window covers fourteen complete civil days; an average requires at least seven days with observations. Coverage and provenance remain visible.

An action, a record, a review

Prepare your daily action, mark it complete when you have done it and keep a journal note. Review your history and weekly summary without an invented health score.

Aubelio is in development and is not on the App Store. The AI preview follows a screen from candidate V9; content may change. No diagnosis, biological age, medical advice or longevity outcome is claimed. Integrations are limited to those described here; universal manufacturer connections are not promised.

How do I manage a subscription?

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the app to review or cancel an active subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
