Start without connecting Health

Choose a small action and save your first entry. Then open Journal and the current-week summary. Neither Health permission nor an account is required. An action becomes complete when you confirm it; selecting an idea does not automatically complete it.

An empty card or an older observation

Check the measure, selected source, dates, reading timestamp and permissions in Apple Health. Missing data is not zero. Charts use the fourteen available complete civil days; an average requires at least seven days with observations. An empty or partial reading does not automatically remove other stored observations.

Sleep windows run noon to noon, with the newest ending yesterday at noon. Nutrition values come from quantities recorded by a compatible source. Aubelio does not fill in missing nights or analyze every meal.

Use a watch, ring or nutrition app

Configure Apple Health sharing in the provider’s own app where it supports the required measures. Allow Aubelio to read them and choose one source per measure. The catalogue offers explanations, not universal direct connections. This version includes no direct manufacturer APIs, Watch app or Android app.

Import or correct an observation

Use Aubelio’s CSV template, review the preview and confirm the import. Not all third-party exports are compatible. For manual entries, check the date, measure, value and unit before confirming. Corrections retain prior input documents in exports, select the manual source and do not edit Apple Health. PDF and photo imports are not available.

Manage reminders and permissions

Enable a reminder in Settings if desired, then allow notifications. Its text stays generic. Disable the reminder at any time. Health and notification permissions are independent; withdrawing either does not delete your journal.

Export, delete or switch iPhones

Data offers observation export and deletion. Settings offers journal export and deletion. Export before uninstalling or switching devices: cloud sync and JSON restoration are not provided. Check your chosen location in Files, which may be a cloud service. Original Health data and exported copies require separate deletion.

Shared summaries contain dates, priorities and actions, without private notes or Health measurements. Always check the content and recipient before sharing.

Version 1.0 is free

Aubelio 1.0 offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The journal, current-week summary and raw exports are free to use. A Plus offer is not available in this version. Do not pay anyone by email or on an external website to unlock Aubelio. A restoration request may contact Apple without enabling a paid offer.

Report a problem without sending health data

Include your Aubelio version, iOS version, iPhone model and steps to reproduce the issue. Describe what you expected and what happened. Do not send private notes, health measurements or complete files. Remove personal information from screenshots. No guaranteed response time is promised.
