An iPhone app project for planning a 90-day challenge, finding your next action and logging gym sessions. Native development is underway.

Plan a challenge that fits you

The planned introduction helps you choose commitments, a pace and a tracking mode. A difficult day stays in your history; the project does not plan to erase your effort to make you restart.

Find the next action

The planned Today screen brings together daily actions and your next workout. A calendar and notes are intended to show what you actually completed.

A proper gym journal

Development targets an exercise log with sets, repetitions, weights and drafts, so you can compare consistent sessions and find your previous work.

A future app in development: planned features, not yet qualified or published. The illustration presents its visual direction and is not a production screen. No release date, final offer or physical transformation is announced. Social features, sync and integrations require separate validation.

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the app to review or cancel an active subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
