Find the main Winter Arc actions here. The app helps you record actions; it does not prescribe a medical or training programme.

Start and record a workout

The first plan, daily tracking and workout journal are free. Choose your commitments and prepare your week. In the journal, enter exercises, sets, repetitions and kg/lb loads. Correct invalid values before finishing a workout; saved workouts remain in your local history.

Photos, Health and reminders

Photos are optional. Import a chosen image or allow the camera on a compatible device. The movie uses only your available photos; add a photo if the movie is unavailable. Sharing happens only when you open the system share sheet and choose a destination.

Health is optional and read-only: declining access does not block the free journal. Check permissions in Health. The widget shows a local summary without checking off commitments. For reminders, check the app setting and iOS notification permission; pausing reminders does not erase the journal.

Back up, restore or erase

Export a backup from Settings to a location you choose. Restoring a backup may replace the current journal: read the confirmation. Erasing the journal does not remove previously exported or shared copies or cancel an Apple subscription.

Pro and purchases

Pro adds up to twelve commitments, saved workout routines and comparisons between similar sessions. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. To recover a purchase, use Restore on the Pro screen with the Apple Account used for the purchase. This does not reimport your journal.

A pending request does not grant access. After a network failure, try again when connectivity returns. Manage or cancel renewal in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Refund requests go through Apple; acceptance is not guaranteed.

Write to winterarc@romeoapps.app, including the app version, your iOS version and the action involved. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary Health data or personal photos.
