1. What Vitalia is

Vitalia is a fitness app for women over 50, published by Roméo Gambino. It proposes strength, balance and mobility exercises built from the goals, painful areas and equipment you declare. Apple's standard end-user licence agreement applies to the download.

2. What Vitalia is not

Vitalia is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or cure anything. It does not claim to reduce hot flushes, and it takes no side on hormone therapy. The articles summarise published recommendations and link to their sources; they do not describe your case.

**If you have a heart condition, diagnosed osteoporosis, a recent operation, a pain that worries you, or any doubt about what you can do, show the programme to your doctor before starting.** Stop any exercise that causes sharp pain, dizziness or chest discomfort, and seek medical advice.

3. Your responsibility

You choose the exercises you do, the load you use and the pace you keep. Use a sturdy chair, a clear space and appropriate footwear. The « It hurts » button removes an exercise from your programme; it does not replace a medical opinion about the pain.

4. Free and paid

The first session, the express session, the guided walk, ten exercises, three articles, the daily check-in and the fitness check are free. Vitalia Complete adds the weekly programme, sessions by goal, the full library and every article.

Prices are shown in the app in your own currency before any payment. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period; you cancel in your Apple Account settings, not in the app. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid period unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Exercise photos

The exercise photos come from a public-domain dataset and show the movement, not the audience of the app.

6. Liability

Vitalia is provided as it is. Within the limits allowed by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms removes rights you hold as a consumer under the law of your country.
