Vitalia: Support

An exercise hurts

Tap « It hurts » during the exercise: the session moves on, and you can remove that movement from your programme for good. To change the painful areas themselves, go to Me → My programme. Pain that is sharp, swollen or hot, or that follows an injury, is for your doctor, not for the app.

The session is too hard or too easy

Answer « How was it? » at the end of each session. Two « too easy » in a row make an exercise harder; one « too hard » makes it gentler right away. You can also change days, minutes and equipment in Me → My programme.

I cannot read the text

Vitalia follows the iPhone text size. Open the iOS Settings app → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text, and move the slider. Every screen of the app adapts, including the session player.

The voice does not speak

Check the speaker button at the top of the session player, then the ring/silent switch on the side of your iPhone. The voice uses the system voice of your language; if none is installed, iOS Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices lets you download one.

Why a rest day?

Muscle and bone are built between sessions, not during them. On rest days the app proposes a walk, or a five-minute express session if you prefer. Every fourth week is lighter on purpose.

Apple Health

Me → Save sessions to Apple Health writes each session as a workout. If you refused once, open the Health app → your profile → Apps → Vitalia to allow it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In your Apple Account settings: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the renewal; you keep Vitalia Complete until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I paid but Vitalia Complete is not active

Tap Restore in the offer screen, with the same Apple Account you used to buy. If it still does not appear, write to us with the date of purchase.

Moving to a new iPhone

Me → Export my data gives you a file with your programme and your history. Keep it in Files or send it to yourself; on the new iPhone, open it with Vitalia.
