Privacy Policy
Vitalia (iOS) · Effective 9 September 2026
The short version
Vitalia has no account and no server of its own. Your goals, your pains, your weight, your sessions and your daily check-ins stay on your iPhone. Nothing about them is sent anywhere, and nothing is ever sold.
What stays on your device
- Your programme settings: goals, painful areas, equipment, days and minutes, stage of menopause, and the optional first name, age, height and weight.
- Your history: finished sessions, how each one felt, exercises you marked as painful, daily energy and sleep check-ins, fitness checks, and any weight or waist measure you entered.
This is a file inside the app. Deleting Vitalia deletes it. Me → Erase my data does the same without deleting the app, and Me → Export my data gives you the whole file to keep or move to a new iPhone.
Apple Health (optional)
If you connect Health, Vitalia writes each finished session as a workout, and reads your step count and your last weight to help you. Nothing read from Health is sent anywhere; the app has no server to send it to. You can disconnect at any time in Me, and revoke access in the Health app.
What Vitalia never does
- It never uses the microphone or the camera.
- It never asks for your location or your contacts.
- It shows no advertising and contains no advertising or tracking SDK.
Usage counters (optional, on by default)
Vitalia sends step names and counters that show where people stop in the app — which screens are opened, whether a session was finished, its length in broad ranges such as « between 15 and 30 minutes », which article was read. They are attached to a random identifier created at first launch and hashed before sending; it is not your name, e-mail or Apple ID, and it is reset if you reinstall.
Never sent: your weight, your pains, your age, your check-ins, your measures, anything you typed.
These signals go to TelemetryDeck, hosted in the European Union. You can turn them off in Me → Share anonymous usage; nothing else in the app changes.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled by Apple. Vitalia never sees your payment details. To recognise your purchase and to count revenue, the fact that a purchase happened is also sent to RevenueCat, together with RevenueCat's random anonymous app-user identifier, cached only for this app and reset when you reinstall.
Notifications
Session reminders are scheduled by your iPhone itself, only if you turn them on. Nothing is sent to a server.
Children
Vitalia is designed for adults and asks for no information that could identify a child.
Your rights
Because nothing identifying leaves your iPhone, there is no account to access or delete. Erasing your data takes one tap in Me. For any question about this policy, or to ask that usage signals already sent be deleted, write to [email protected].
Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a new date.
