1. What MindBuilding is

MindBuilding is a mind-training app published by Roméo Gambino. It brings together exercises practiced by the mindbuilding community (relational reasoning, N-back, cognitive control, Posner, useful field of view, 3D multiple object tracking and more), a daily plan, progress tracking and check-ups on tasks you never train. Apple's standard end-user licence agreement applies to the download.

2. What MindBuilding is not

MindBuilding is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool or a therapy, and it gives no medical or psychological advice. It does not measure intelligence and promises no gain in intelligence, school results or health: you get better at what you practice, and each exercise shows what research does and does not support. 3. Train safely

Take breaks: the app suggests one after about 30 minutes on the same exercise and a lighter day when you feel tired. A few exercises flash quickly by design; if you are sensitive to flashing lights, read the warning before them and stop if you feel unwell.

4. Free and paid

MindBuilding can be downloaded and started for free. Using it fully requires a weekly or yearly subscription, with a free trial if you are eligible, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown in the app and by the App Store, in your own currency, before any payment. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple Account settings. Member codes are offered by the publisher and redeemed through Apple.

5. Fair use

Records and cards are for your own progress and for sharing honestly. Nothing competitive can be bought in MindBuilding.

6. Liability

MindBuilding is provided as it is. Within the limits allowed by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms removes rights you hold as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
