Creating a moment

Tap “Add a moment”, type their words exactly, then add a photo, a video, their voice or nothing at all. “Keep this moment” lays out the page right away; “Add to this moment” completes an existing memory without creating another one.

Gathering memories you already have

In Add, “Gather memories” copies the photos and videos you choose into the app and suggests one moment per day; uncheck what you don’t want. A photo still in iCloud is downloaded first: if the connection is missing, the app says so and you can try again.

Keeping and printing

In a book, tap “Keep”: the PDF book (20 × 20 cm) reads and prints; the complete archive also holds every original and a reader that opens in a web browser without the app or the internet. To restore a book: My books, ••• then “Restore an archive”.

My purchase doesn’t show

In My books, ••• then Settings, tap “Restore purchases” with the same Apple Account. If nothing changes, write to us with the purchase date.
