## Questions

### How can PuffOff support a quit-vaping plan?

PuffOff brings together a progress tracker, a craving journal, guided breathing and estimated savings based on your spending. It supports your plan without promising a guaranteed outcome.

### What can I do when a vaping craving arrives?

Use the SOS tools for a guided pause, review your reasons for quitting and record the situation. A healthcare professional can advise on treatment and nicotine dependence.

### What happens if I slip?

Log the relapse: the clean time already accumulated is kept and a new streak starts from that moment. Past days cannot be edited, so the history stays a faithful record.

### How is the money saved calculated?

From the price of one vape and the number of puffs per week you entered at the start. Both values can be changed in Settings and the totals are recalculated.

### Where is my quit journal stored?

On your iPhone. Journal entries and coach messages are never included in analytics. Purchase records are handled by Apple and RevenueCat, as described in the privacy policy.

### Is PuffOff a medical treatment?

No. PuffOff is a support tool for your own quit plan. It does not replace a healthcare professional or a smoking-cessation service.

### What does it cost?

The App Store and the app show the current price and available purchases in your local currency before confirmation. Trial availability depends on the offer and your eligibility. A free download does not mean every feature is free.

### Is the app available in my language?

These are translated website pages. Check the Languages section of the App Store listing for the app itself. Some content may use a different language.

### How do I manage a subscription?

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the app to review or cancel an active subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
