Build a useful connection between a dated action and a longer intention without filling every horizon.

## Choose one real action

Choose an action you can recognize today, such as preparing three questions before an appointment. Write what you will do and the relevant period. “Make progress in life” is not enough to identify what happened. A sheet of paper already supports this first step.

## Name what it supports

Ask what this action supports this week. In a fictional example, preparing the questions supports “prepare my appointment.” You can then connect that project to a monthly or yearly aim, or a life direction. Each link expresses your intention; it does not demonstrate that the action will produce the expected result.

## Build only useful links

Erylio provides Day, Week, Month, Year and Life horizons. A link is optional and points to an existing intention in a longer horizon. You can connect Day directly to Life: filling every level is optional. Two intentions in the same horizon do not form this link, even if their dates differ.

## Read periods before comparing

Two weeks can have the same title while referring to different dates. Read the recorded period in the thread and link menu. Erylio uses weeks starting on Monday and the document’s time zone. Life has no deadline. An intention’s position in a list does not establish its period.

## Keep what actually happened

Completing an action keeps it in its list. Its completion does not automatically finish every aim it supports. If an action remains unfinished, explicitly choose whether to resume or move it. Past intentions can appear in “À reprendre”; they are not automatically copied into today.

## Run a first check on paper

Today, write one action and a longer-term intention it supports. Draw an arrow and read both titles. Can you explain the connection in one sentence? After acting, record what was completed and what remains unknown. If the link does not help you choose the next action, you can leave the intentions independent.

## Understand the locally available version

As of 14 October 2026, Erylio is a local French-language app installed and launched on an iPhone during qualification; App Store publication is not established. This English guide translates the method, not the app interface. Commerce, reminders and synchronization are not implemented. Intentions are stored locally; preserve your copies when exporting or restoring JSON.
