## What you can do

- **A clearly identified source** — The candidate reads Apple Health only after your permission, or uses your manual entries and confirmed CSV imports. Choose a source for each measure; providers are not added together.
- **Data with its limits visible** — Missing days remain distinct from zero. The window covers fourteen complete civil days; an average requires at least seven days with observations. Coverage and provenance remain visible.
- **An action, a record, a review** — Prepare your daily action, mark it complete when you have done it and keep a journal note. Review your history and weekly summary without an invented health score.
